Scotwaste joins the Beauparc Family

Beauparc are delighted to announce that as of 08/03/2018, Scotwaste are officially a part of the Beauparc Utility Group.

Scotwaste is a leading integrated skip hire and Waste Management Business. Based in Bathgate, West Lothian they are serving customers in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife Livingston and throughout central Scotland.

Current Managing Director, Brian Ramsay will continue to run the day to day Operations with the existing management team. Brian Ramsey said “We believe that a partnership with the Beauparc group will help Scotwaste continue to develop and grow and furthermore play a more significant role in the waste industry in Scotland”.

The company has proven longevity in the industry having been in the business for over 20 years. During this time the business has transformed and grown from strength to strength. This has enabled them to work in partnership with other major waste management companies and to service the central belt of Scotland.

Brian McCabe, Managing Director at Beauparc said, “We are delighted to acquire Scotwaste. It is our intention to build upon what is already in place and to develop this even further. We will ensure that we continue to maintain the quality of service that customers are accustomed to. This acquisition forms part of our strategic growth plans for the UK”.

Scotwaste currently collects, treats and recycles material for local and national customers in the domestic, industrial, commercial and municipal sectors. This process occurs in their Material Recovery Facility which has the capacity to process 75,000 tonnes per annum. Scotwaste currently has a 32 vehicles fleet and employs 80 people in the local area. Scotwaste branding will remain the same and all services will continue as normal.
